Confession, We have had a decidedly cookie addiction while we were making this website.
It has been marshmallow cookies, chocolate chip cookies, peanutbutter cookies and especially Google cookies.
Our farorit is marshmallow cookies, while we found Google cookies a bit dry
recipe marshmallow cookies
1⁄2 cup butter, softened
1⁄2 cup brown sugar, packed
1⁄2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1
3⁄4 cups all-purpose flour
1⁄4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
2 cups miniature marshmallows
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Bake cookies for 8 to 10 minutes.
